There is no win win situation. Lyrics will always consist of words that degrade women. Hip hop won’t change. Personally i will always love hip hop, And there is always going to be a big controversy about lyrical content and it’s influence on males/females and how both genders treat each other and place one another in society. But personally I don’t think it should be all put on the music, it’s more to do with education and just knowing that if someone actually listens to a song that is *degrading females* and then thinks ‘oh in going to act like that and think that way’ they are UNEDUCATED and just are clueless and can’t think for themselves, AND YES IT FUCKING MAKES ME SO MAD because I’m sure the artist themselves actually don’t think like that but it will sell because people like that will buy into it and that will make them money, but it’s up to the listener if they want to be this brainless follower that’s most probably praising this guy who actually doesn’t live life like he portrays and is most probably this insecure unloved person that has trust issues, but long story short i don’t think it should be blamed on the music it should be blamed on poorly education/self education and that will never change. Personally I don’t follow this whole movement but I’m still able to enjoy the music without going into depth or getting offended. Hip hop and it’s lyrical offensive content won’t change no point of getting angry. End of story.
When I put loads of make up on I feel like I look terrible. I sometimes think ‘maybe I should try and look like I’m making an effort’ and then I’m like uh nah I’m ok, but then it’s like I kinda should. I really don’t know. I’m so lazy it’s a joke.
I doubt id ever dye my hair. I used to do it like every other week when I was like 14 but i just think I’m super past that and I’m happy with the way I look and my hair colour is nice natural.
